Door het verouderingsproces heeft deze Vuurzee een zachtere en rondere smaak en heeft deze ook honingraattonen ontwikkeld. Perfect bij aardse smaken zoals truffels en paddestoelen.

Due to the aging process, this Vuurzee has acquired a softer and rounder taste, with the development of honeyed undertones. It pairs perfectly with earthy flavors such as truffles and mushrooms.
